During the last few months, I had the privilege to meet you both in person and as a group.
The acquisition of 7 FAM was a part of a business strategy but mostly, it is another step of adding great colleagues to the Delta Family.
We have a lot in common – a love for fashion, a hunger for success and most of all – a group of talented people. I know Delta will gain tremendously from this business initiative and together we will grow the business.
I am happy to establish another platform of direct communication – a routine newsletter. I welcome your thoughts and suggestions.

7 FAM NEW OFFICES,
DESIGNED TO FIT YOU
Transition to Seven FAM new offices, 1'100 sqm in Mendrisio Solis Center in front of Fox Town, is expected by July 1st.
The location is central (300 mt from the train station), and has various facilities such as a shower, break areas, tables and microwave oven for lunch breaks and 60 parking spots.
The interior design is made by Paulo Ricatti, who did an amazing job designing Diesel headquarters and Delta Galil's HQ's in Israel.
Prior to the design process, a needs assessment was conducted with 7 FAM employees to insure the work environment will be fun, comfortable and creative. We are also checking options with local restaurants for a good and affordable lunch as well as discounts at local gyms.
Our aim is to make all feel at home.
You are welcomed to visit the new offices and witness the progress firsthand.
On February 22nd VF HR team alongside VP Global HR for Delta Galil announced Seven Swiss based employee about the anticipated transition, including Geneva retail.
The meeting in Stabio, that was aligned and prepared by both parties, consisted of a formal announcement and a chance to ask questions and express concerns. Employees were informed that no changes are to be made in the existing contractual compensation and benefits. Since all contractual benefits remain unchanged, there will be no need to sign a new contract. Similar announcement was made in the Netherlands and in the next few weeks 7 FAM employees would all be aware of the transition.
The transition is anticipated to be completed by July 1st.
We are also happy to announce that a new HR manager will join Stabio office on behalf of Delta on the beginning of April, to become a permanent address to all HR related issues.
Hereby enclosed answers to some of the questions you raised:
Vacation day's accruals will be transferred with you to Delta Galil.
Email Management – your email correspondence will be managed with a "follow me" system for the first 30 days after transition. If a longer period is required, we will act accordingly.
Flexibility of working hours will remain the same (annual monitoring).
Home working scheme pilot will continue by end of 2017.

7 FAM ACQUISITION AT THE ANALYSTS QUARTERLY PRESENTATION
As a part of Delta's quarterly results presentation to analysts in November 2016, the Company shared with them the acquisition of 7 FAM, Splendid and Ella Moss and its impact on the Company's future growth.
Towards the presentation two semi-stores were built with great help from Ilenia Bizzaro.
LISA GIACHETTI –
Lisa Giachetti recently joined 7 FAM as Finance Director. Lisa came from True Religion Brand Jeans, where she was Director of Finance & Operation. Lisa will be leading the Seven FAM finance team.
